The Revelation of The Rapture

Just what is the Rapture? Many people have heard of the Rapture, but some are not sure just what it means, or if it is real. The Rapture refers to the sudden removal of the believers in Christ, who are walking with the Lord daily, praying, watching, and waiting for His return. The word Rapture means to be “Caught Up.” This will be the next major event on God’s Calendar!
Even though the English word “Rapture” does not appear in the Bible, the teaching of the Apostle Paul came to be called the Rapture because the ancient texts of the New Testament were written in the Greek language, and the Greek word “Harpazo” was translated to the words, "caught up." Then the Bible was translated into Latin, and in Latin, this word is “Rapere”, from which "Rapture" is derived. So, Rapture simply means to be “caught up", "gathered", "snatched" or "seized." The translators used the words “caught up” in the English Bible rather than the word Rapture, so that people could more easily understand the concept.
Paul called the Rapture "that blessed hope" in Titus 2:14-13 saying, “We should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ.”
In John 14:3 when Christ said, “I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” the promise He was giving His disciples at the time was not that they would go to heaven when they died, even though that would be true. Jesus was explicitly declaring to them that the day would come when He would personally return to take His living Saints, who were watching for Him, to heaven. This was a totally new revelation to the Christians; no promise like this had ever been made before!
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17: The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:51-52: Behold, I show (tell) you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible (imperishable), and we (also) shall be changed.
What a marvelous promise for Christians (dead or living) to be changed instantly, in a moment, in the blink of an eye into glorified bodies. This means a perfect, immortal body like Christ’s body, which will never be hurt, sick or die again. Then we will be “caught up” into the air to be with the Lord for all Eternity!
Christians, who have previously died and have been living with Christ in the “Present” Heaven, will come back with Him from Heaven and their souls and spirits will rejoin with their resurrected bodies. Then we who are alive and ready at the time of His return, will instantly have our bodies transformed also, quickened by the Holy Spirit that dwells in us, and we will answer the call to "come up here," and be caught up to meet with Christ and all the other saints, somewhere high above the Earth, and then Jesus will personally take us all to Heaven into the presence of His Father and our Father, God.
Revelation 4:1: A door was opened in heaven: and the first voice heard was as it were a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up here…
Romans 8:1: But if the (Holy) Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in you. 1 Corinthians 15:41-44 & 49: There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star is different from another star in glory. So is the resurrection of the dead… it is raised in incorruption… it is raised in glory… it is raised in power… it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body… we shall bear the image of the heavenly. (Our Lord in Heaven) The Bible says that no one knows the day or the hour when Jesus Christ will return to earth, but it also says that the Christians (His Bride) who are watching for His return are not in darkness, and would know that His Return was Imminent! God’s Spirit that dwells within them has filled them with the knowledge that Christ’s return is in the near future. Matthew 24:36: Of that day and hour knows no man… but my Father only. “Falling away” means “departure”, and is a reference to the Rapture. The forces of the AntiChrist are restrained on Earth until the Holy Spirit which dwells within God's Saints removes the Bride by the Rapture. With Christ's Bride removed from the scene, the AntiChrist will be released to usher the World headlong into the seven year Tribulation. The root verb aphistemi is found fifteen times in the New Testament. It is translated as “depart” eleven times. Although it is often found translated in similar meanings, the predominant meaning of this verb in the New Testament … “is that of the act of a person departing from another person or from a place” … Liddell and Scott in their classical lexicon give as the second meaning of apostasia, “a departure, a disappearance.” Dr. E. Schuyler Engish, is also an authority for the fact that the Greek word means “a departure.” He said there is a strong possibility that 2 Thessalonians 2:3 is speaking of the Rapture. The Greek noun apostasis, usually translated "apostasy," is a reference to the Rapture and should be translated "departure." Thus, this passage would be saying that the day of the Lord will not come until the Rapture comes before it. The Rapture will be followed by a Seven-Year Tribulation Period that will not begin until the signing of a seven year peace treaty with Israel. (There is the possibility that a gap of unknown length may or may not occur between the Rapture and the start of the Tribulation.) At the end of the Tribulation, Jesus will visibly appear to win the “Battle of Armageddon” and afterwards begin His earthly Millennial Reign. Hebrews 10:37: For just a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not delay. Revelation 22:20: Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. First, "As a Thief in the Night" to catch away His Bride Second, "Every Eye Shall See Him" at the end of the Tribulation.
Philippians 3:20-21: We look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ who shall change our vile body, so that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body...
When Jesus said “no man can know the day or the hour”, this was something the Jewish people would immediately have associated with their Biblical “Feast of Trumpets”.

Romans 13:11-12: And, knowing the time, now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now our salvation (deliverance) is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand:
1 Thessalonians 5:4: But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
Mark 13:28-29: Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near: So in like manner, when you see these things come to pass, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Luke 21:29-31: And he spoke to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; When they shoot forth, you see and know... that summer is now near at hand. So likewise when you see these things come to pass, know that the kingdom of God is near at hand.
II Thessalonians 2:3-4, 6-7: That day will not come, except there come a falling away (departure) first, and that man (the AntiChrist) of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself as being God. And you know what restrains him (the AntiChrist) now so that he might be revealed in his time... only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.
Kenneth Wuest, a noted Greek scholar, states in his word studies an interesting point that has much to do with the catching away of the living believers. He states that the phrase “falling away” is a mistranslation of the Greek word apostasia and it should have been translated departure. According to Wuest, the Apostle Paul refers “to the gathering together of the saints to the Lord at His coming, which is the departure of the congregation from the earth” in 2 Thessalonians 2:1. In Paul’s previous letter, he had described that event in the words, “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air,” which involves a departure from the earth.
Matthew 24:3-7 and Mark 13:4-8: Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world? Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars… nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes… these are the beginning of sorrows.
All of the above signs have been happening for years, but now we are seeing the clear visible signs spoken of in Bible prophecy concerning things that will take place during the Tribulation, and these indicate Christ will be returning soon to set up His earthly Kingdom of one thousand years. Since the Rapture will take place first before the Tribulation and Millennial Reign, the Holy Spirit, who dwells within the believers, is confirming to the Bride that Jesus, their Bridegroom, will be coming soon to Rapture them to Heaven.
Acts 1:11: Why stand you gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen Him go into heaven.
The Bible is filled with information about many signs and circumstances that will be happen during the Tribulation, so we can use these to judge how close we are to the time of the Rapture.
The Scriptures tell us that Jesus will return two times…
Paul speaks of a First-Fruit Rapture and Out-Resurrection Paul put his all into reaching for this prize and he highly encouraged all Christians to do the same. Philippians 3:11, 14: If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead (from among the dead) . . . I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Study both the text and context carefully. Paul declares he was putting forth every effort to be in the out-resurrection. The Greek original reads "the resurrection from among the dead." It was a prize that Paul eagerly sought. But was all this effort put forth by the apostle simply that he might be in the general resurrection of the righteous in which every saved person will participate? "No!" Paul's salvation was settled long ago. As to his personal salvation and assurance of a part in the first resurrection, he said… II Timothy 1: 12: For I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed to Him against that day. Paul was not seeking salvation by some strenuous and prolonged effort so that he might have a part in the general resurrection. Paul was after the prize of the out-resurrection! Of this, he says… Philippians 3:8: I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung (rubbish), that I may win Christ ... that I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection... We too may seek for the prize of the Out-Resurrection, or Out-Rapture. Christ is coming for His Bride! Paul was running the race to obtain an imperishable crown! Every young Greek in the days of Paul had a special understanding of the Bema. It was the seat of reward on which the umpire of the games sat, and from which he crowned the winners of events. Paul was striving for this higher honor, to be in the Bride of Christ.
1 Corinthians 9: 24-27: Do you not know that they who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? So run, that you may obtain it. And every man that strives for the mastery is temperate (self controlled) in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible (perishable) crown; but we to obtain an incorruptible (imperishable Crown). I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beats the air: But I discipline my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
May we be able to say what the Apostle Paul said...
2 Timothy 4:7-8: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but to all them also that love His appearing.
Promises Jesus made to His Bride
Isaiah 61:10: I will greatly rejoice in the LORD… for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness.
Isaiah 26:20-21: Come, my people, enter into your chambers, and shut your doors behind you: hide yourself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation (the great Tribulation) is past. For, behold, the LORD comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity… Isaiah 57:1-2: The righteous perishes (disappears), and no man layeth (ponders) it in their heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. He shall enter into peace: they shall rest… each one walking in his uprightness. The verse above is a beautiful description of the righteous being taken in the Rapture away from the evil Tribulation that will come upon the earth. They will enter into peace and rest with their Lord. Psalm 27:5: In the time of trouble He shall hide me in his pavilion. Matthew 16:27: The Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels; and then He shall reward every man according to his works. Acts 10:34-36: God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he (anyone) that fears Him, and works righteousness, is accepted with Him. (Man, Woman, or Child) Romans 5:9: Being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 1 Corinthians 3:8: Every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labor. 1 Corinthians 3:13-15: Every man's work shall be made manifest (revealed): for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work is burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 1 Thessalonians 5:9: God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ. Revelation 3:8 & 10: I know your works: Behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name. Because you have kept the word of My patience, (my command to persevere), I also will keep you from the hour of temptation (the Great Tribulation), which shall come upon all the world, to try (test) them that dwell on the earth. Revelation 3:21: To him that overcomes, will I grant to sit with Me in My Throne. Revelation 19:7-9: Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the Marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints… Blessed are they who are called to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Ephesians 5:27: That He might present to Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 2 Peter 3:14: Be diligent that you may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless. Matthew 5:11-12: Blessed are you, when men shall revile (insult or despise) you, and persecute (harass) you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My (Jesus) sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven. Matthew 5:14-16: You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but they put it on a candlestick; then it gives light to all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:19: Whoever… shall do and teach them (these commandments), the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 20:16: So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many are called, but few chosen. Matthew 22:14: For many are called, but few are chosen. Revelation 17:14: He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. Song of Solomon 2:9-10: My beloved (Christ)… stands… He looks forth at the windows, showing Himself through the lattice. My beloved spoke, and said to me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. Song of Solomon 4:7: You are fair, my love (the Bride); there is no spot in you. Song of Solomon 6:3, 9: I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine… There are sixty queens, and eighty concubines, and virgins (Christians) without number… My undefiled (the Bride) is but one… The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yes, the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.
Revelation 14:4: These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed (chosen) from among men, being the firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.
Mark 12:30: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is this; You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these. The Bride knows Salvation comes by faith in Jesus Christ and is a free gift from God, and not from doing works. But the Bride also understands that as a child of God, they will do the works that Christ has commanded us to do. James 2:17-18 & 26: Faith, if it has not works, is dead, being alone. Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. Proverbs 11:30: The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that wins souls is wise. Matthew 5:16: Let your light shine before men, so they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. John 9:4: I must work the works of Him that sent me, while it is day: the night (Tribulation) comes, when no man can work. Romans 13:10: Love works no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. Galatians 6:10: Anytime we have the opportunity, let us do good to all men, especially to them who are of the household of faith. Colossians 1:9-10: We do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; So that you will walk worthy of the Lord… being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. 1 Timothy 6:18-19: Be rich in good works. James 2:14, 17-18, 24 & 26: What does it profit if a man says he has faith, and has no works? Faith, if it has not works, is dead, being alone. A man may say you have faith, and I have works: show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You see then that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Promises the Bride made to the Bridegroom
The Bride strives to obey all the Lord's commandments that have been given to the saints in God’s Word.
John 13:34-35: A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one to another
Ephesians 2:8-10: By grace are you saved through faith; it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are, created in Christ Jesus to do good works.
1 Corinthians 15:58: Be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.
Warnings Jesus gave to His Bride
Revelation 3:11: I come quickly: Hold that fast which you have, so that no one can take your Crown.
There is a dangerous teaching in most churches that everyone who is saved will participate in the Rapture. The Scriptures teach us just the opposite. It is your own responsibility to Study God’s Word for yourself to see if what you are being told is correct. The coming of Christ will not only surprise the world, but it will also catch countless Christians completely off-guard, since many Christians assume it may be years before Jesus Returns, so they have not paid heed to the many signs that would tell them it is imminent. Others, who attend church regularly, have been taught that all Christians are the Bride of Christ, so they believe everyone will be going in the Rapture. Millions who assume all Christians go in the Rapture have never felt it was important to keep on the alert. They appear to think, “We’re Christians, we believe in His return so why do we have to be vigilant? After all, when Jesus comes, won’t He just take every Christian anyway, no matter what they are doing, or are not doing, or when they believe He is coming.” You don’t want to be among those who suddenly realize Jesus has come, and the door has been shut. II Timothy 2:15: Study to show yourself approved to God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly (accurately) dividing (understanding) the Word of truth. 2 Peter 3:13-14 &16-17: We, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness. Therefore… be diligent that you may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless. As also in all his (Paul’s) epistles… in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable (in the knowledge of God’s Word) twist, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. You therefore… beware lest you also, be led away with the error of the wicked, and fall from your own steadfastness. Hebrews 5:12: (By this time) You ought to be teachers, but you have need that someone teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you … have need of milk, and not strong meat. (Comparable to a baby who needs milk and cannot eat solid food.) In 1 Corinthians 15:22-24 Paul told that there is an order to the resurrection, he said, “In Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the Firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at His coming.” Christ was the first of the Firstfruits, but His Bride will also be a part of the Firstfruits, and then at the end of the tribulation, when Christ Comes, He will send out His Angels to gather up the rest of the Christians who are still alive. All the other Christians who have died during the Tribulation have been in Heaven and are already with the saints. Until the Rapture of the Bride takes place, any Christian can strive to be in this called out group. The door is still open, but once the Rapture takes place, the door will be shut, and the remnant of the Christians will have to endure the Tribulation that will then come upon the entire World to try them and test them to see if they will choose to live for Christ, even to their death. Those who do not deny Christ during this terrible time will be saved! Revelation 14:13: Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth (from this day forward): Yes, says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors; and their works will follow them. Matthew 25:10-12: The bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came the other virgins (Christians), saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said… I know you not. Matthew 24:40-42: Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for you know not wha Revelation 3:3: If you do not watch, I will come on you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come... Remember therefore how you have received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. Revelation 3:5: He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment … Revelation 2:26-27: He that overcomes, and keeps (does) my works to the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And He shall rule them with a rod of iron. 1 John 2:28: Abide in Him; so that, when He shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before Him at His Coming. Hebrews 9:28: To them that look for Him shall he appear the second time… Revelation 3:4-5: You have a few … who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment… Matthew 22: Then said He to His servants, the Wedding is ready, but they who were invited are not worthy. Go therefore to the highways, and as many as you find, bid them to the Marriage. Go out, share or tell others about Christ, and invite them to come in! Zephaniah 2:2-3: Before the day of the LORD's anger comes upon you, Seek the LORD, all you meek of the Earth, who have wrought (upheld) His judgment (justice); Seek righteousness, seek meekness (humility): So that you may be hid in the day of the LORD's anger. Isaiah 26:20-21: Come, my people, enter into your chambers, and shut your doors behind you: hide yourself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation (the great Tribulation) is past. For, behold, the LORD comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity…
We are to be in fervent intercession for all the saints, our brothers and sisters in the Lord, that they may do the will of God, and be steadfast to the end. When the Rapture occurs, many will be left behind full of surprise and shock at the disappearances of their loved ones and friends. With the Bride of Christ gone, the AntiChrist will quickly appear and none will stand in the way of a world religion that deifies man, and a one world government that will criminalize belief in God. Revelation 14:13: Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord… they may rest from their labors; and their works will follow them. Revelation 20:12: I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
It will be a sorrowful day for many Christians, when they realize they have missed out on one of the greatest prizes to be won in Heaven. It is a serious mistake for a Christian to think it does not matter if they are either expecting Christ’s Imminent Return, or waiting to see the AntiChrist come on the scene, or waiting to see Israel sign a seven year peace treaty, or just waiting to see Christ return to win the Battle of Armageddon. Once the Rapture has taken place, they will find it did matter!
Hosea 4:6: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Christians confuse the Bride of Christ with the Church. The Church is the body of Christ as a whole, all those who have trusted in Jesus to save them from the “Second Death” (Hell). The Bride is part of the Christian Church, but they have kept themselves ready, always watching and striving everyday to build a deeper relationship with Jesus.
The Bride who is being called out are those who are abiding in their Lord, watching, waiting, praying in their spirit, excited for the Lord to return, doing their best to reach out and tell others about Christ, doing for others with a giving heart and loving others as they would love themselves. They have produced fruit because they are doing all the things Christ said to do. The Bride is ever watching for the Bridegroom, and keeping her “lamp light” burning.
Millions of Christians and Jews will be killed during the tribulation for their belief in Jesus. It will eventually become so bad, that the Bible says blessed are those who die in the Lord from that point in time, because the moment they die for not denying Christ, they will immediately be in Heaven.
In the following verses, Christ is Warning His Church to take heed, watch, pray, be sober, abide in Him, look for Him, keep their spiritual garments of salvation and righteousness, because He is coming for a Bride who has kept themselves from the things of the world, and once the Rapture has taken place, the Lord will shut the door.

Matthew 7:21-23: Not every one that says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? And in your name have cast out devils? And in your name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity (wickedness).
Luke 13:25: When once the Master of the house is risen up, and has shut the door, and you begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us; and He shall say to you, I know you not…
t hour your Lord does come.
Notice, the two who are in the field and at the mill are His Servants, Christians, they both know their Lord will return! They both are busily doing their Lord’s work… but only one was ready.
Mark 13:33-37: Take heed (be alert), watch and pray: for you know not when the time is. For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and gave to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch therefore: for you do not know when the master of the house may come, in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning, Lest coming suddenly He find you (spiritually) sleeping: And what I say to you I say to all, Watch!
Luke 12:35-40: Let your loins be girded about (be in readiness, dressed as for a journey), and your lights burning; And you yourself be like men who wait for their Lord… That when He comes and knocks, they may open to Him immediately. Blessed are those servants, who the Lord when He comes shall find watching… And if He shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. Be ready also: for the Son of Man comes at an hour when you think not.
Luke 12:45-47: If that servant says in his heart, My Lord delays His coming… The Lord of that servant will come in a day when he looks not for Him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and… will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers (hypocrites). And that servant, who knew His Lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to His will, shall be beaten…
Matthew 24:51: adds that there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Notice that the Lord was not talking to unbelievers when He said, “will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.” He was warning the Christians that they could be in danger of being left to endure the Tribulation with the unbelievers. If the servant were already an unbeliever, he would have expected to be left!
Luke 21:34-36: But take heed to yourselves (be alert), lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness (the pleasures of food and wine), and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always, that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.
1 Peter 4:7: But the end of all things is at hand: be you therefore sober (clear-headed), and watch with prayer.
Revelation 3:2: Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain…
Revelation 3:18: I counsel you to buy from Me gold tried in the fire: and white raiment, that you may be clothed, so that the shame of your nakedness do not appear (be seen by others); and anoint your eyes with eyesalve, that you may see.
Revelation 16:15: Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
The Bride is always on continuous watch for the coming of the Bridegroom because she knows His Return is Imminent. The Bride keeps her spiritual garments of salvation and righteousness white with prayer and by obeying all His commandments. Take heed lest you be found walking without your garments, and suddenly find that you have missed the Rapture of the Bride. To miss the Rapture is the shame a person will feel when other people begin to question why they are still here when they were expecting to be Raptured.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood (human opponents), but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (different ranks of evil spirits). Fear of Being Labeled a Fanatic
Some Christians hesitate to talk about the Rapture because they would be embarrassed if they were labeled a fanatic for this hope that Christians have had since Paul penned those words about two thousand years ago.
Mark 8:38: Whoever shall be ashamed of Me and of My Words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when He comes in the glory of His Father with the Holy Angels.
God fully intended for us to have this blessed hope of the Rapture burning within us. Christ warned us time and again to not be deceived, and to watch and be ready. He wanted us to be excited about His glorious appearing, and to share this good news with everyone.
Statistics tell us that for every second that passes, two people die, that means 160,000 people every day walk out of this life and into Eternity! Someone, somewhere, has just taken their final breath. Time is short; there may not be a tomorrow for someone in your life, your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and people you pass in the stores. Share Christ and His Words, talk to people, give out gospel books, audio, or tracts. Don’t be ashamed to witness for the Lord! Be so excited about the coming of your Lord that you share your faith with everyone, everywhere you go. For the night is coming when no one will be able to work for the Lord.
John 9:4: Work… while it is day: the night (Tribulation) comes, when no man can work.
Christians with their Heads in the Sand
As one well known Minister said recently, when it comes to the message of the Coming of the Lord, a lot of Christians bury their heads in the sand, and they just don’t want to hear about it. They don’t want to hear the news, they don’t want to hear the signs about Christ’s Returning, and that’s a shame, it’s against the Word of God because there are over 10,000 verses in the Bible about Christ’s Return to the earth. And some of God’s people don’t want to hear about it!! One out of every four verses in the Bible deals with the soon coming of our Lord and Savior. It’s a comforting hope! It’s a blessed hope!
1 Thessalonians 4:17-18: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air… Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Titus 2:13: Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ.
If you don’t want to hear about Christ’s Coming, what’s wrong with you? Think about it, what happens when He comes, “They shall see His face”, the precious face of Jesus who died for us. For those who are looking for His Return, there is a special “Crown of Righteousness” given, which the Lord shall give to all who love His appearing. That’s why the Bible says repeatedly watch, watch, watch therefore!
Revelation 22:4: And they shall see His face; and His name shall be in their foreheads.
2 Timothy 4:8: There is laid up for me a Crown of Righteousness, which the Lord… shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but to all them also who love His appearing.
Luke 21:36: Watch therefore, and pray always, that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.
A lot of Christians don’t want Christ to come because they’re so wrapped up in their present lives. Some have beautiful homes and cars, while others want to finish school, college, get married, have children or go on that great vacation they have planned. Some even think if they knew for sure that He was coming soon, they would go out and buy stuff they have always wanted. They don’t even consider God’s plan for their immediate life or study their Bible to find out about Heaven or God’s eternal plan for all mankind. Let’s look for His Coming!
Several Signs of the Rapture
Signs that had to Happen before the Lord Returned… Several momentous historical events point to the fact that we are living in the end times, right on the threshold of the Tribulation and the Lord’s return.Throughout the last two thousand years, Christians have looked for signs that point to the return of Christ. There is more evidence today than there has been at any other time in history that Christ is coming soon for His Bride. And, as the signs intensify, the Christians who are eagerly awaiting the return of their Savior are looking toward Heaven and prayerfully watching for the coming of their Lord. Be careful, because as surely as this Jesus once came and ascended into Heaven, He will come again. For this reason, the Bible gives us unmistakable signs which directly precede His coming. Matthew 24:34, Mark 13:30, and Luke 21:32 all wrote that Jesus said….. This generation will not pass away, until all these things have taken place. This means the generation who were living when the Jews returned to their home land, Israel. Our generation has signs no previous generation has ever had that Jesus return will be very soon!
We are the generation the prophets were talking about who will see the fulfillment of all things.
Psalm 102:13&16: You shall arise, and have mercy on Zion (Israel): for the time to favor her, yes, the set time, is come. When the LORD builds up Zion (Israel), He shall appear in his glory.
We have witnessed biblical prophecies. The birth of Israel. The decline in American power and morality. The rise of Russian and Chinese might. The threat of war in the Middle East. The escalating plans for a One World Government. The news that the United States Food and Drug Administration gave its approval for a medical implantable microchip, which leads the way for everyone to be implanted with a chip which the Bible calls the Mark of the Beast. The Bible foretold many signs that would precede Armageddon...
How wonderful to be part of the Generation that will see the End Times... and the Return of Jesus!
1. I’ve Heard “The Rapture is Near” All My Life
Even though all Christians believe the Bible verses are true that tell about the Rapture, unfortunately, for many, this truth hasn't penetrated their hearts and so it has little effect upon their daily lives. Some have let the cares of this life ensnare them and so that day will come upon them unawares. It has not become reality to them that the Rapture could happen at any moment. It seems to be as a fairy tale they have heard so often that it has lost its meaning so they have little enthusiasm. You even hear professing Christians, saying, “I’ve heard that all my life.” They may read the Bible, but have never taken the time necessary to dig deep into the study of God’s Word, and have little understanding of the scriptures. They are fulfilling a prophecy themselves.
II Peter 3:3-4: Know this first, that in the last days scoffers will come… They will say, Where is the promise that He is coming again? For since our ancestors died, all things have continued as they have from the beginning of the creation.
2. There had to be an Israel and their Birth as a Nation would happen in One Day
The most important prophetic development of the 20th Century was the regathering of the Jewish people to their historic homeland in the Middle East, resulting in the creation of the state of Israel on May 14, 1948. There had not been a country called Israel for over 2500 Years. Isaiah 66:8 & 10: Who has heard of such a thing? Who has seen such things? Has a nation ever been born in a single day? Has a country ever come forth in a mere moment? Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all you that love her. Ezekiel 36:24,28: For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and you shall be my people, and I will be your God. Matthew 24:33-34, Mark 13:29-30, and Luke 21:31–32 all said….. When you see all these things happening, know that His return is near, even at the doors. This generation will not pass away, until all these things have taken place. Matthew 24:15-18, 21: When you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (who ever reads this, let him understand:) Then let them who are in Judaea flee into the mountains… If you are on the housetop do not even come down to take anything out of your house: If you are in the field do not turn back to take your clothes… For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Flee, run, run, run… because at this time, the AntiChrist will begin to have all Jews and Christians killed.) Psalms 83:4: They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. Zechariah 12:3: In that day I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people… and all the nations of the earth shall be gathered together against it. The second most important prophetic development of the 20th Century was the formation of a European confederation known as The European Union. The book of Daniel in Chapters 2 and 7 establishes with certainty that a unified Europe would rise in the end times out of the ashes of the old Roman Empire. The last Gentile world empire will be a confederation of nations (Daniel 2:41-43) that will arise out of the old Roman Empire (Daniel 7:7-8). And out of that confederation, the Antichrist will arise, using the revived Roman Empire as his base to conquer the world (Daniel 7:8, 23-25). But this final Gentile empire will be short-lived, for it will be suddenly crushed by the return of the Messiah who will “set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed” (Daniel 2:44). The Bible teaches that the Revived Roman Empire of the end times will be a creation of Satan, and out of it will come his representative, the Antichrist. The European Union grows rapidly toward its full power that will produce a leader of unprecedented authority. Bible prophecy foretells that seven out of ten 'kings' will back a world leader, who will forcibly rip power from the other three and give it to himself. The European Union is presently at the forefront of calling for Israel and the Palestinians to come to the peace table, and the present American President is the main player deeply involved with this right now. America's part in pushing Israel toward the table of false peace is troubling. It will be just such a peace negotiation, according to Daniel 9:26-27, out of which will come the ''covenant made with death and hell" (Isaiah 28:15, 18). The Antichrist, "the prince that shall come," will personally guarantee that covenant. The Islamic world's hatred for the Jews and the nation Israel is satanic at its core. No amount of negotiating for peace ever will change that. Israel's neighbors want the Jewish state forever done away with 'expunged from what they consider their land. It is clear that the Islamic world will never accept the existence of Israel. The prophetic tide continues to roll toward an unsuspecting world. Breaking news, however, should not surprise Christians. We are told to watch for the nearness of Christ's return in many places throughout the Bible. 6. World Leaders Planning “The New World Order” World Leaders now have the perfect opportunity to create “The New World Order” because of the International Financial Crisis. A group of intelligent, well-dressed globalists are convincing America and the nations of the world that the only way to lasting world peace is the establishment of a "New World Order" which could also be called the “One World Government”. These describe the uniting of the world's superpowers to secure and maintain global peace, safety, and security. In a statement to the United Nations Business Council in September 1994, David Rockefeller said, "We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the new world order." Economically, America is now on the brink of financial disaster. Our politicians have no respect for the American people or the ones who elected them. No respect for their office or the Constitution of the United States. Their only goal is to consolidate more money and power into the hands of the few in order to control and manipulate the many. We are being totally betrayed by our leaders, but if they only realized the truth that they themselves are simply pawns bringing everything together for the AntiChrist who will quickly become fully recognizable to the Christians as he steps on out to the forefront of the scene. Daniel 7:23: This fourth beast is the fourth world power that will rule the earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms, and it will devour (take over) the whole world, trampling and crushing everything in its path. This will be the One World Leaders Mark, also called the AntiChrist Mark, or the Mark of the Beast, and all those who receive it will be doomed to hell, with no turning back, once you have received his Mark! If you do not r Then Micah offers some good advice for those left behind... Matthew 24:22: And except those days are shortened, no flesh would be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Revelation 14:9-11: If any person worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark Matthew 5:30: If your right hand offends you (if it could cause you to sin & miss Heaven), cut it off, and cast it from you: for it is better for you that one of your members (part of your body) should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. A person asked what would happen if they were held down and forced to have the chip put in their hand. We pray that does not happen to anyone, but one Heaven Questions Volunteer thought of the above Bible verse, so we felt this would be the place to insert it. Read the entire chapter to fully understand what was being said. Revelation 16:2: A noisome (ugly) and grievous (painful) sore came upon the people who had the mark of the beast, and on them who worshipped his image. Interestingly, as reported by one Doctor dealing with the microchips, if the battery bursts or breaks, it will cause a very bad sore on the person. Revelation 19:20: And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that performed miracles before him, which helped him to deceive the people who had received the mark of the beast, and those who worshipped his image. They were both cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. Many people in the world think the microchip will solve a lot of the world’s problems. Some are already saying, the sooner the better, maybe then we can get a handle on the criminals, perverts, and undesirables in America. They think the microchip will prove invaluable with a person’s entire medical history, and identification stored on it. It will help protect the children and the elderly, and they will ultimately start implanting the chip in children at birth. It will solve identity theft and stealing problems. You will never have to carry around cash, debit cards, credit cards, or medical information. It will stop terrorism, as each mark will be able to be traced through GPS. The microchip is also a high-tech helper that could increase security at nuclear plants and military bases, and allow consumers to buy their groceries, literally, with the wave of a chipped hand. We are on the verge of creating a surveillance society in America, where every movement and every action will be tracked, monitored, recorded and correlated. The most sophisticated chips are now the size of a small grain of rice. Yet, they are more sophisticated than anyone can believe. In design, the chip is simple: Cheap implantable devices and quick, low-cost implantation have made chipping easy and affordable. It takes about 20 minutes, and does not require stitches. A medical-grade glass capsule holds a silicon computer chip, a copper antenna and a “capacitor” that transmits data stored on the chip when prompted by an electromagnetic reader. Therefore, as long as the person lives, the battery is constantly charged. Which parts of the body would be most efficient in keeping the battery the most ideally charged? Researchers spent $1.5 million to discover the answer to this most important practical question. They even discovered that the left hand is not as efficient as the right hand in keeping this battery powered, because heat fluctuations are greater in the right hand for reasons they do not fully understand. Doesn’t it build your faith when you see instances such as these where God has acted to ensure that even the smallest detail of His prophecies are fulfilled! This wonderful instance of small details being important to God brings to mind His bold proclamation in Isaiah 34:16, where God says, “Seek you out of the book of the LORD, and read: not one of these (details of prophecy) shall fail.” As we said before, this Bio-Microchip will constantly be sending out a very low frequency signal identifying each individual on earth. These signals will be picked up by a combination of earth based antennas, such as the antennas now being feverishly constructed for the cellular phone network, and by stationary satellites in low-level orbit. The tiny microchips can contain 34 billion unique sets of individual identification codes, thus easily providing the capability to assign a unique code to every human on the planet today. Plans call for this implantable microchip to be utilized instead of passports and driver’s licenses. People can be identified for every government program in existence by scanning this microchip. These microchips have been implanted in animals, through the veterinarian channels, for almost two decades now, so that the problems with this technology have been identified and solved.
Genesis 12:3 God said, “I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you.”
We must watch Israel! The children of Israel who have not yet accepted Jesus as their promised Messiah have a clear prophetic destiny. Israel is God’s timepiece in Bible prophecy and all the prophecies of the coming 'Apocalypse' revolve around the tiny nation of Israel ... the only nation God calls His own.
Jesus gave several signs that must occur before His return to set up His Thousand Year Reign on Earth, and the Bible is clear that the fulfillment of Christ’s prophecies would all happen within the lifetime of one generation, the generation that was living at the time — when the sign of the Jews returning to their home land began. The “generation” which witnessed the rebirth of Israel will also witness the Lord’s return. Matthew, Mark, and Luke gave three accounts of Christ teaching His disciples about what to watch for before His return. Many of these signs will come to complete fulfillment after the Rapture has taken place, but since we are already seeing them, once again we realize the Rapture itself is imminent!
Ezekiel 37:11-14: Then he said to me, these bones represent the people of Israel. They are saying, ‘We have become old, dry bones — all hope is gone. Our nation is finished.’ Therefore, prophesy to them and say, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: O my people, I will open your graves of exile and cause you to rise again. Then I will bring you back to the land of Israel. When this happens, O my people, you will know that I am the Lord. I will put my Spirit in you, and you will live again and return home to your own land. Then you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken, and I have done what I said. Yes, the Lord has spoken!’
3. The People of Israel had to be in Possession of Jerusalem
Luke 21:24-25: Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
Israel has been in possession of Jerusalem since the Six-Day War in 1967. The capture of Jerusalem was critical from a prophetic standpoint since at the midpoint of the seven year Tribulation Period the AntiChrist will enter a rebuilt Holy Temple that will be standing in Jerusalem where he will declare himself to be God. This event is referred to as the Abomination of Desolation.
Daniel 9:27: And he (the AntiChrist) shall confirm the covenant (make a treaty with Israel) for one week (seven years): and in the middle of the week (3½ years) he will cause the sacrifice and the offerings to stop (after 3½ years he will break the treaty), and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate (he will set up an image of himself in the Jewish Temple and claim that he is God), until the fate decreed is poured out on him.
Daniel 11:31: His army (AntiChrist) will take over the Temple, and they shall pollute the sanctuary, and put a stop to the daily sacrifices, and set up the abomination (sacrilegious object, an image of the AntiChrist) that makes desolate (causes desecration).
Rosh, Gog, Magog, Meshech, & Tubal are identified as being Russia, & Gomer as Germany.
Ezekiel 38:8, 11, 18: In the latter years you (Russia) shall come into the land of Israel which will be enjoying peace after recovering from war and after its people have returned from many lands to the mountains of Israel… And you (Russia) will say, I will go up to Israel… I will march against them… And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, says the Lord GOD, that My fury shall come up in My face.
Ezekiel 39:1-2, & Prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: And I will turn you back, and leave but the sixth part of you, and will cause you to come up from the north parts, and will bring you upon the mountains of Israel. You shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, you, and all your bands, and the people that are with you: I will give you to the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. You shall fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, says the Lord GOD.
Revelation 13:7-8: Power was given him over all people, and tongues, and nations. And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life. (The Christians will not worship Him.)
The Food and Drug Administration gave its approval for an implantable microchip to be used for medical purposes. This paves the way for the prophecies in the Bible’s Book of Revelation which foretold about a coming mark that would be put into everyone's right hand or forehead. The book of Revelation was written by John the Prophet about 2000 years ago and now the technology has come out in the last few years to make this happen.

Then, the World Ruler will begin to put people to death for not receiving his mark, perhaps because you will be labeled a radical or a terrorist! The Bible warns us that those of our own households will turn against us. The Bible also talks about a deceiving spirit that will cause unbelievers to harden their hearts against anyone who tries to warn them against receiving the Mark in their right hand or their forehead.
Micah 7:5-7: Do not trust in a friend; do not put your confidence in a guide (leader). Guard the doors of your mouth from her that lies in your bosom. For the son dishonors the father, the daughter rises against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house. Therefore I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.
Revelation 13:16-18: He (The AntiChrist) forced everyone, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And no man can buy or sell, unless he had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is 666.
Revelation 13:4: And they worshipped the beast (the AntiChrist), saying, Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?
in their forehead, or in their hand… they shall be tormented with fire and brimstone… And the smoke of their torment will ascend up forever and ever: and they will have no rest day or night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.
8. Violence will Fill the Earth… As it was in Noah’s time
Matthew 24:25, 38-39 & 42: Behold, 1 have told you before... As the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark ... Watch therefore: for you know not what hour your Lord does come.
Genesis 6:11: The earth was corrupt before God, and filled with violence.
We would do well to pay careful attention to these words of Jesus, "Behold, I have told you before!" He wants to make sure that when the sudden fulfillment takes place, you will not be able to say, "I didn't know."
9. Christians and Jews will be Hated for Their Faith in God or Christ…

Revelation 3:15-16: I know your works, that you are not cold or hot: I wish you were cold or hot. So because you are lukewarm, … I will spit you out of my mouth.
11. Many Christians and church doctrines will depart from the faith
Some of the large ministries on national television are very effective in the art of deception and are teaching shocking heresies. Thousands are falling away from the faith listening to well known ministers who are spewing out smooth sayings that change the Word of God to create a religion that promises them everything from riches to godhood. II Peter 2:1: There will be false teachers among you, who will bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 1 Timothy 4:1: Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons. Matthew 24:24: For there will arise false christs, and false prophets, and they will show great signs and wonders; so that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 1 John 4:1: Beloved, believe not every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. There are people who love to mock those who live a life that is pleasing to God. Jude 1:18: There will be mockers in the last time, who will follow after their own ungodly lusts. 13. Prophet Nahum’s Vision of our Vehicles and Tanks Nahum 2:3-4: The chariots shall be with flaming torches in the day of His preparation… The chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall jostle one against another in the broad ways: they shall seem like torches, they shall run like the lightning’s. 14. Many Prophecies concern the Destruction of America This will happen sometime during the last 3½ years of the Tribulation. America is the modern day Babylon in prophecy. Revelation 17 and 18 give a terrifying view of our demise. In numerous places in the Bible, the Prophets warn God’s people (Christians and Jews) to leave America before she is destroyed. Jeremiah 51:6: “Flee out of the midst of Babylon (America), and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity (sins); for this is the time of the LORD's vengeance.” Jeremiah 51:45: “My people (Christians and Jews), go out of the midst of her, and deliver you every man your soul from the fierce anger of the LORD”. The New International Version reads… "Come out of her, my people! Run for your lives! Run from the fierce anger of the LORD.”” America’s past has been glorious with God’s blessings poured out upon our land. We were friends with Israel, but now America has come under His curse, because of our nation’s sins and our leaders’ sins. Genesis 12:3 God said, “I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you.” Isaiah 47:8, Zephaniah 2:15, Rev.18:7 America boasts, “I am, and there is none beside me.” Jeremiah 51:13 “O you that dwell upon many waters, abundant in treasures, your end has come, and the measure of your covetousness (greediness).” Jeremiah 50:9 “I will cause to come up against Babylon (America) an assembly of great nations from the North Country: and they shall set themselves in array against her … she shall be taken.” Jeremiah 50:46 “At the noise of the taking of Babylon (America) the earth is moved.” If you miss the Rapture and you live in America... Go far up into Canada or Alaska or to the lower part of Mexico before America is destroyed. Shocking things the American President did in 2009… We can only pray, "God help our Nation!" He told the World that America is not a Christian Nation when 76.5% (159 million) of Americans identify themselves as Christian. He told French Television Canal Plus that the United States is one of the largest Muslim countries in the world when some statistics show only 8 million Muslims in America. He said, "You might say that America is a Muslim nation." He treated the Queen of England with casual familiarity, but He bowed to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, where Muslims won't permit Christian worship under penalty of death. The name of Jesus had to be covered before he spoke at Georgetown University. He promised the Arabs that Jerusalem would be theirs when He told Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas that, “the United States foresees the creation of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.” At the official state ceremony marking Jerusalem Day and the reunification of the capital during the Six Day War 42 years ago… Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said, “Jerusalem was always ours and will always be ours. It will never again be partitioned and divided". Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat said, "With the world examining us let it be said here: We will never divide Jerusalem,"
12. Mockers will abound in the last days
Jeremiah 50:12 
“Your mother (England) shall be confounded and ashamed: the hindermost (youngest) of the nations shall be a wilderness.”
Revelation 18:10, 17-19 “Alas, Babylon (America), in one hour is your judgment come… they cried when they saw the smoke of her burning”.
Israel President Shimon Peres said, “Jerusalem is held sacred by half of mankind [but] it has been and always will be Israel's capital. We never had another and it has never been the capital of any other people."
This will be the worst time in all human history as it is followed by the “Battle of Armageddon” at the end of the Tribulation period.
Those who come to Christ following the Rapture will live through the persecution of all the Christians and the Jews by the AntiChrist and many will have to give their life for their faith.
The wrath of God will fall upon the inhabitants of the Earth toward the last part of the Tribulation.
Matthew 24:21: There will be great Tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be again.
Mark 13:19: In those days there will be Tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the creation which God created until this time, and never will be again.
Revelation 6:17: The great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
James 3:1: Be not many masters (let not many of you become teachers), knowing that (as such) we shall receive the greater condemnation (we will incur a stricter judgment).
Study God’s Word carefully, and understand that God will hold each one accountable for their ministry!
2 Peter 3:9: The Lord is not slow concerning His promise, as some men count slowness; but is longsuffering to us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
God wants all people to be saved! Only two percent of believers in America regularly share their faith in Christ with others. For a true Christian, that should not be. One of the most exciting aspects of being a believer is telling other people about your Lord. Be bold for what you believe!
John 14:6: I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.
Revelation 19:7 & 9: Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His Wife has made Herself ready. Blessed are they who are called to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
Jesus Invites everyone to come to Him, Now or even During the Tribulation.
Revelation 21: I saw a New Heaven and a New Earth; for the first Heaven and the first Earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the Holy City, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of Heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of Heaven saying, ‘Behold, the Tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, ‘Behold, I make all things new.’ And He said to me, ‘Write; for these words are true and faithful.’ And He said to me, ‘It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give to him that thirst of the fountain of the Water of Life freely. He that overcomes shall inherit all things; and I will be His God, and he shall be My son.’
